HOW LONG IS THE WORKSHOP AND HOW DOES IT WORK?
What is this egg and where do I get it?
The jade egg is a jade stone cut into the shape of an egg.
The practice with the jade egg is an ancient Taoist practice originating in ancient China,
There it was originally intended to maintain the health of the woman and especially the health of her reproductive system.
The practice is performed by inserting the egg into your vagina and gentle exercises in different positions – kind of like Pussy Yoga! 🙂
(all the instructions on how to use and practice with the egg are in the course).
I order the eggs from a Jade mine in Canada, a reliable source that provides an original stone certificate.
The egg will be sent to you by registered post and will usually be shipped to you within a week from the order date.
EEK! - can the egg "disappear" inside my vagina?
No! There is a hole drilled in the egg from one side to the other, for threading a disposable string to help you get it out easily.
I demonstrate in the course how to best string the egg and how to get the egg out if the string breaks.
Anyway, the egg has nowhere to go and your cervix won’t allow it to go anywhere other than the vaginal canal (and even if you’ve had surgery to remove the cervix, you’ll still have the area stitched up so it has nowhere to go – promise! :)).
Why is the egg expensive? I can order it on eBay for less...
You can get the jade egg at a cheaper price on sites like Aliexpress or eBay, but this is not recommended because you want to be sure that it is an original Nephrite Jade and not a fake stone.
I you do purcahse it somewhere else, Make sure you order a Nephrite jade egg (and not another type of jade). Nephrite jade is a stronger and less porous stone, therefore also hygeinically safer for internal use – and it is also rarer and more expensive than jadeite jade (the lighter green).
Also, I really don’t recommend buying an egg with a permanent string attached to it – again, for hygienic reasons – the string can accumulate bacteria over time.
In general, I believe that there are things that are better to invest in and buy the best, and a quality jade egg is definitely a worthwhile investment and will stay with you for life.
DO I HAVE TO ORDER A JADE EGG TO JOIN THIS TRAINING?
ARE THERE DIFFERENT SIZES/KINDS OF EGGS
Can I just order the egg without a course?
We don’t sell the egg without the course simply because it’s important that you know how to use it correctly and safely.
Improper use of the egg will not only be of no benefit but may cause harm.
Who is this course for?
For every woman or person with female genitals, of any age, sexual orientation and marital status, who wants to bring more passion, pleasure, vitality and joy into her life, and is ready to invest in practice and in-depth knowledge of herself and her sexual and feminine energy (even 10 minutes of practice a day can have a significant effect!)
We’ve had students from the age of 19 to 78 so it’s never too early or too late… (however, for girls who are not yet sexually active, it’s less suitable).
Is the course suitable for virgins?
As long as it doesn’t bother you that the hymen will tear when the egg is inserted, there is no problem with it.
Keep in mind that the special process of introducing the egg (“sipping”) that Efrat teaches in the course may take more time for you, and that’s absolutely fine. Be patient and kind to yourself in the process.
Is it possible to practice with the egg with an iud?
The recommendation is not to insert the egg into the vagina and practice with it when there is IUD, but we do have students with IUD’s who practice at their own risk and responsibility.
If you decide to practice with a IUD, we recommend taking the practice very slowly and with a lot of listening to the body. As mentioned, it is also possible to join the course and practice without the egg and still get a lot of benefit from the practice.
CAN I PRACTICE WITH A JADE EGG IF I’M PREGNANT?
It is not recommended to practice with the egg internally while pregnant, however you can still do most of the practices without any issues, without inserting the egg. You will also very likely benefit from the practice immensely to restore post-birth.
I'M NOT SURE ABOUT AN ONLINE COURSE... DO YOU HAVE LIVE WORKSHOPS?
In my experience, the format of an online workshop is particularly effective, because the recordings stay with you forever and you’ll have the opportunity to repeat them again and again, and practice the exercises alongside with the videos.
Also, the material is divided into short videos and this division allows you flexibility and progress at your own unique pace, at any time convenient for you.
Many times students who participated in the live workshop with me decided to also purchase the online course to continue practicing at home with the videos.
I’M NOT REALLY INTO TANTRA AND ALL THAT NEW-AGE STUFF, IS THIS FOR ME?

The jade egg comes from the Taoist tradition and there is absolutely nothing dogmatic about this training. I promise you will never be asked to chant, say “ommmm”, wear white baggy pants or to believe in anything you don’t want to in order to benefit from these transformational practices.
